How much does AI implementation cost?
It depends on the process, the systems and the volume. That is why we start with a demo and a pilot on one process: you see the impact before deciding on more. You get a proposal after the analysis.
How long does implementation take?
The demo is ready within weeks. The pilot takes 4–6 weeks on one process. Rollout after that depends on the systems we connect.
Is our data secure with AI?
Data is hosted in the EU, access is minimal and agreed with IT, and we work under an NDA. The demo uses made-up but realistic data, so your real data stays in the company.
What about GDPR?
We work under a data processing agreement, with data in the EU and an activity log. We help your data protection officer describe the processing.
Does AI get access to our ERP and CRM?
Not directly. AI only receives the data it needs for the task, and anything written to your systems goes through rules and human approval.
What if AI gets something wrong?
Nothing unclear is guessed: it is flagged “For review” with a quote from the source. A person approves every result.
Do we have to replace our systems?
No. AI works on top of the ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365 you already use. If needed, we build a custom CRM.
What is a pilot?
4–6 weeks with real users on one process, with measured impact. After the pilot, management decides whether to scale.
Which AI models do you use?
OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini and open-source models. We choose based on the task and the data requirements.
What kind of companies do you work with?

What happens if we stop working together?
Everything stays yours: accounts, code and documentation.

Yes. We work in Bulgaria and across the Balkans, online and on site when needed. The website and documentation are also in English.
