1. Who runs the site
The website bumbu.eu is run by BUMBU Development LTD, company number (UIC) 207448741, VAT number BG207448741, registered office: 5A 5th Street, Obelya, 1387 Sofia, Bulgaria. You can write to us at office@bumbu.eu.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What the site offers
The site is informational and presents our services in AI integration and process automation. No services are sold and no contracts are concluded through it.
A demo request is an invitation for us to contact you, not an order. The scope, timeline and price of each service are agreed in a separate written contract.
3. Examples, videos and calculator
Scenarios marked as an “example” and the figures in the videos are illustrative and are not client results. Our real case study is described separately, together with what was measured.
The time calculator gives an estimate based on the numbers you enter and is not a promise of results. We measure the real impact on your process in the pilot.
4. Rights to the content
The texts, videos, illustrations, logo and design of the site belong to BUMBU or are used with the permission of their owner.
You may quote short passages if you name the source and link to the site. Any other use requires our written consent.
5. Rules of use
You may not try to access parts of the site or server that are not public, submit the form automatically or in bulk, upload malicious code or send other people’s personal data without a legal basis.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it is general and does not replace advice on your specific process. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it alone.
The site may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Personal data and cookies
How we process the data from the form is described in the Privacy policy, and what the site stores in your browser is described in Cookies.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. We first try to resolve any dispute through discussion, and if we cannot agree, it goes before the competent Bulgarian court.
When we change the terms, we update the date above. The new version applies from the moment it is published on the site.
